Are your decants authentic ?
All fragrance samples offered by Top Note LB are 100% authentic and sourced exclusively from original manufacturer bottles. Top Note LB does not sell, distribute, or promote duplicate fragrances, imitations, clones, or “inspired-by” scents.
Can I request a batch code?
Yes. If you would like to receive the batch code of the original perfume, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
Do you sell full bottles?
Our primary focus is on fragrance decants. Full-size bottles are available upon request and may be purchased by contacting us directly through our Contact Us page.
Can I return or exchange a decant?
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
Are you affiliated with the perfume brands?
We are not affiliated with the fragrance brands. We independently rebottle original fragrances into 3 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml decants.
How to I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact our support team at hello@topnotelb.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. We will make every reasonable effort to process changes prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made. If your order has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact our Customer Care team at immediately.
