Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every perfume sample or decant purchased from Top Note LB is 100% genuine and authentic. All fragrances are sourced directly from the original manufacturer’s bottle and carefully hand-decanted.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy.

We only accept returns for unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the outer packaging has been opened under any circumstances. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

As fragrance is highly personal and subjective, we cannot offer refunds or returns for items that have been opened or used, even if you are dissatisfied with the scent.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@topnotelb.com within five (5) days of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number and the reason for the return.

All return requests must be submitted within five days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with the approval process.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If a replacement is approved and available, it will be shipped promptly. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

International Orders

Due to international shipping regulations, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken or leaking decant), please email hello@topnotelb.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and take appropriate action.
