Shipping policy

At Top Note LB, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order of fragrance decants, niche perfumes, and authentic fragrance samples.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

We aim to ship orders within 2–3 business days, however processing may take up to 5 business days during high order volume, promotional periods, or holidays or special events

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you promptly to provide an update or alternative solution.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number will be provided when available

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable national carriers within Lebanon, such as Wakilni or other trusted shipping partners.

Shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Priority or expedited shipping may be available for certain destinations.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery time in Lebanon is 2-5 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping carriers, customs procedures, or local postal services may cause delays outside of our control.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Top Note LB is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • incorrect shipping information

  • weather conditions or force majeure events


Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Top Note LB cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to incorrect address details.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
